I was driving up the Mukilteo Speedway about 1600 hours August 21 and saw a
large raptor atop a snag in a marshy area at the southwest corner of Paine
Field. It seemed large enough to be an eagle and the head certainly seemed
golden. I'd appreciate it if a Tweet could check it out and see if there's a
new eagle in town. As I was at work in my Shuttle van I couldn't stop and
investigate.

About an hour later I was entering the parking garage at SeaTac and was
passed by what seemed to be a Peregrine Falcon (maybe Prairie?). A good day
for chance observations!
