Hello All,

After a half day of work, I made a run out to Midway Beach, south of Grayland, Pacific County to look for BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPERS and was rewarded with excellent views of 2 birds for sure (and probably 2 more which took flight). The birds were located north of the access road in what remains of an almost dry pond about 1/2 mile from the access road itself. The BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPERS were associating with about 4 BAIRD'S SANDPIPERS. There were about 8 SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS in the area as well.

Cheers and Good Birding,
