Greg Toffic (425-760-8049), 12:51 PM, looking at the Ruff (Reeve) along Boe Rd. s of Stanwood, in plowed field with Killdeer just west of complex of Mitchell's trucks and trailers. Be forewarned that Normal Rd. east of Marine View Dr. may be closed due to flooding.

Ryan Merrill, 1:26 PM, at the King-Snohomish County line in Richmond Beach, reports single Short-tailed Shearwaters flying south in Puget Sound at 11:45 and again at 12:20. plus a few Ancient Murrelets. [I was there this morning at 9:30-10:30 and saw no such thing!).
