Jennifer, quite interesting as I was on the Flats, on Bow-Edison Road just below
the T junction going to the West Ninety on 12/2/2007 and saw the same bird:

sighting through USGS, I think, what is the best way to report time/location of
tagged birds we see? I also think that this bird has a leg band on the right
leg. And yes, the "white spots" are snow, not dandruff .... :-).
