Tweets: I have received 2 reports of Snowy Owls in Douglas County. The
first was seen Dec. 9th on Sprauer Rd., east of Waterville. The second
was seen on Heritage Rd., east of Mansfield, as far south as where the
pavement starts (before the road intersects with Hwy. 2). This bird was
seen today, Dec. 11th. Two of us tried to find the lst owl on the 10th,
but had no luck. It is snowing right now... Maybe I'll be lucky and find
