I have what appears to be a first winter female Anna's still in my yard between Snohomish and Monroe, north of hwy 2. There have been more than 20 days of frost here so far. I have never heard of an Anna's hanging out in winter this far from the markedly warmer environs nearer Puget Sound, Lake Washington, etc. Very strange to have a hummer around with snow on the ground out here.

The adult male has been hanging around since last February.
