Hi Everyone,
Amid the feeding frenzy in my yard this am (a storm must be on the way) I've
been watching a small flock of Cedar Waxwings and Robins mobbing my
Callicarpa (Beauty Berry "profusion" ). ( Stewart, I know it's not native.
Sorry. But it is beautiful, nonetheless.) It is a flock of 6-8, adults and
younger birds mixed. I know we have them on the Bird counts every Christmas,
but I certainly haven't seen them in my yard in mid-December before.
