Darn it! Did it again! My apologies to Gayle Stebbings for darkening her
in-box.

I've been on a lot of lists over the years, but I've never been on one that
doesn't put the list reply addy in as the "reply" addy. I will have to
learn to pay more attention. I hope you'll all forgive me as I get the
kinks worked out of this process...

This should have gone to you all in reply to Gayle's post:

Hello Gayle Stebbings & all;

First, thank you kindly, for your gracious reply m'lady!

This post was intended for all. It's just that while I've been reading here
for over a year, I realized that I'd neglected to set up a "reply account"
for this eddress. And given a recent conversion to Outlook from OE, certain
semi-autonomic reflexes used for decades continue to lead me astray.

I realized when my first post didn't get posted, that I'd sent it off as a
"reply", and apparently sent it to the fellow that had sent it. Sorry 'bout
that...I'll try to get it right from now on...(:-o)!

I've been enjoying reading here as we learn the birds in this area. We
still have a long way to go, but we're starting to get up to speed. Thanks
to all for the many tips we've read about.

Best regards to you all,
Dusty near Everett

Oops! Please bear with me and let me do this again. As a new poster to
Tweeters, I seem to have made a mistake and sent that post to the fellow
that posted it. Sorry 'bout that!

Good morning Tweeters!

There are lots of opportunities for good birding most anywhere along the San
Joaquin Valley in California. While the SLNRA described below is a great
place to visit, at this time of year the "must see" place to stop is the
Merced National Wildlife Refuge pretty well in the center of the state.
