hello all:

a quick note to observe at least one adult peregrine has been posting itself on a bare branch on the cliff face on the lodge side of the falls for the last month. on the occasions the sightings were on a clear day, i'm fairly certain the bird is the female of the pair. today, the weather was so crummy it's anybody's guess. at 8x in the rain it seemed to be the falcon again, but no way to be certain it was not the tiercel. it's also remotely possible the bird was just an adult anatum, but i very much doubt that.

regards,
