There has also been a pair just East where the Newaukum River is crossed by the Alpha/Centralia Rd. The four at the end of that road seem to be a nesting pair as they hang around most of the summer there.

While working in Lewis Co. I noticed 3 White-tailed kItes on Schoolhouse Lane south of Tucker Rd. north of Toledo. This seems to be a good spot for Kites. 2 were on the southern end of the road hunting in a Christmas tree farm and the other was on the west side hunting in the open fields.
