I hope your holidays are going well. I realized today
that I neglected to let you know about the latest
issue of Birds in The News -- after I'd spent all that
time putting it together for you! I have been ill the
past four days, so I have not been going to the
library where I get free internet access, but I am
here today (well-armed with all sorts of cold remedies
and cough drops, etc.) Anyway, I featured one of my

I received a digital SLR camera as a christmas gift --
my first digital camera ever and the first camera I've
had since my own camera was lost when I moved from
Seattle to NYC five and a half years ago. So let me
