If you go to the summary of Washington State hunting regulations at: http://wdfw.wa.gov/wlm/game/seasons.htm you will see that there is a state wide Crow hunting season from October 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008 with no bag limit. You are required to have a valid hunting license to do this. What is unclear to me is whether or not they may be trapped as opposed to being shot so that urban residents could kill them too.
