For North American birds, try the Patuxent wildlife
research center. Their site has songs for most N. Am.
species.

For migrants, try the spectacular Xencanto site that
is collecting the songs of all Latin American birds.
The song list is over 3,000 and growing. They include
many migrants from North America.
