Since we're talking about 'high moral ground' and all, I find it odd that a vegan would consider having a predator as a pet. One must, to accomodate its natural, physiological, instinctual needs either allow it to hunt (which you don't) or buy MEAT for it. Serving it vegan food would be cruel and decidedly non-natural, and would be the direct imposition of a purely human moral construct on a nonhuman creature, to the detriment of its well-being.
What is the right thing to do?
