The former Washington Brant Festival is now called the Wings Over
Water/Northwest Birding Festival. While Brant remain the predominant poster birds, the
festival now includes all winged things. This year's event is scheduled for
Saturday, March 31, and the center of activities/events will be at Marine Park
in Blaine.
