I received a set of Bushnell Compact Instant Replay binoculars for
Christmas. They have the camera apparatus mounted between the binocular
tubes, with an LCD screen to flip up for verification of photo appearance.
I've tried them a few times but have a repeated problem: the power turns
off almost immediately, there is scarcely time to snap a shot. I even gave
up using the LCD, just snapping, and even here the time is short. I've
replaced the batteries, warmed them in my hand, etc., to no avail.

Has anyone else had experience with this Bushnell model or similar?

Any info is much appreciated--
