We spotted a Harlequin Duck at the Keystone Ferry Dock.

Lots of Eagles around Penn Cove including a family with 2 large scruffy
juveniles.

We also found a Northern Harrier in the marsh to the south of the Keystone
Ferry dock with a large white tag "W" on its left shoulder. It was hunting
in the afternoon sun and looked very healthy.

If anyone knows who the tag belongs to we'd love to hear about it.
