Tweets - I made a run over to Cle Elum and down as far as Ellensburg
yesterday, with some successes.

On Hundley Rd. (north side of I-90 at the Golf Course Rd. exit) there was a
NORTHERN SHRIKE.

In Cle Elum, I found 4 PINE GROSBEAK. They were with a mixed flock in the
alders just north of I-90 along the road to South Cle Elum. Didn't have
much else in South Cle Elum or Cle Elum - no Evening Grosbeaks and few birds
at all. Did have an adult COOPER'S HAWK on 4th, but that was about it.

In the Swauk Cemetary, I found a female WHITE-HEADED WOODPECKER - finally.

On Burke Rd., near the intersection of SR-970 and US-97, I had a GOLDEN
EAGLE.

I had only one ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK, at Elk Heights. I was surprised not to
find any in the Swauk Prairie area nor along Bettas Rd., nor in Badger
Pocket east of Ellensburg.

All in all, a pretty good day.
