Hi---Birding in the hills south of Puyallup, we had 4 or 5 separate flocks
of robins with at least 50-60 birds in each, we have 6 Varied Thrushes in the
yard here, a single Townsend's Warbler has come and gone, and our House
Finches are mobbing the feeders . . . everything seems hungry, and a pair of
Calif. Quail just meandered up toward the house. I wish that spring were really
