Those are Northwestern Salamander eggs, Ambystoma gracile. This salamander
probably reaches peak in egg laying during late February or early March at
low elevations of western Washington.

Hello all,

I'm wondering if someone could identify a cluster of amphibian eggs? Found
in a pond this morning off South Bay Road in Olympia, attached to vegetation
in about six inches of water. About 70-80 eggs in the cluster, and no other
