Hey all,

I put some suet in the feeder a couple of days ago, and got a lot of the
usual suspects (chestnut back chickadees and flickers), I also saw more
birds on the feeder at once that I've seen before (8 bushtits), and I got a
new visitor to the backyard - a downy woodpecker, which has spent most of
Saturday and Sunday in and out of my yard. Two weeks ago, I also had my
first red-breasted sapsucker in the back yard (around the time someone in
the Renton Highlands had seen the same).

I haven't seen or heard any pileated woodpeckers yet this year, which seems
a little odd - maybe I just need to get out more.
