Brien Meilleur and I did the Skagit loop Saturday in fine weather. Two signs of spring: four male CINNAMON TEALs with several females at a cattail bordered pond near the entrance to the Everett Sewage ponds (north of the entrance road) and two TREE SWALLOWs over Spencer Island.
