Although not brand new books I was lucky enough to get Christmas gifts of
Albatrosses and Petrels Across the World and Nightjars and their Allies
(both Oxford University Press) which will keep me busy for a while. My bank
account is thankful that I didn't have to buy them myself!

Subject: [Tweeters] New Year books

HI:
Happy New Year! So what New Year books are everyone looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to: Gulls of the Americas by Howell and Dunn. It is
due out in June and will be published by Houghton Mifflin at $35.00. It
will be similar in format to last year's The Shorebird Guide.
