Watched an American Kestrel for 15 minutes today around 2:30 pm. True
to form, it was perched on a roadside utility wire. Location: Along
the north side of NE 124th St just where it passes over the Sammamish
River (east of Willows Rd. and west of Woodinville-Redmond Rd.) It
flitted a bit from perch to perch, always within a hundred feet, and
did a dive into the grasses but came up empty-handed.
