Finally, a Snowy Owl in Douglas Co. for 2007. It was first seen on Jan. 10
and relocated yesterday, the 13th. West of Mansfield, near the intersection
of Hwy. #172 and N. Division. Has been seen on rocks both south and north
of Hwy. #172. Meredith Spencer, Bridgeport
