Hello All,
On 30 Dec.1990 while doing the Two Rivers CBC we discovered an adult female Northern Harrier scavenging on the frozen carcass of another adult female Northern Harrier at Wallula Junction, in western Walla Walla County. The day started out at -9 degrees and later warmed to -4degrees. There was about 5 inches of snow on the ground.
