The Bird Banding Lab supplied some names and additional details for five researchers using the nasal auxiliary markers on goldeneyes (see below). Susi Ponce, who sent me the message, says we need explicit description of color and shape of the nasal markers (by right side, left side), and any coding on the markers before we can identify which researcher put the markers on the bird.
