My apologies to several of you who kindly offered to look at the
photo of the tracks in the snow. My non-birding friend wondered if
they were cougar tracks (I hope not here in Bothell). Anyway, I had a
lot of continuing computer trouble and just couldn't get the photos
out to everyone. The consensus of three seems to be the cougar
metamorphosed into a squirrel! Anyway, I will have to find a way to
post photos in the future so there isn't this problem. I'm pretty
graphically challenged, I'm afraid. Again, my apologies.
