After several hours checking flocks in the Conway
area, Valerie Weber and I finally found the Whooper
Swan at around 3:30 today. It was in a field on the
east side of Dike Road, 0.7 miles north of Johnson
Road (about 2 miles north of Fir Island Road), amongst
about 250 other swans. What a bill!
