Myabe someone on Tweeters can help us: A neighbor had a pigeon land on her
roof about 5 days ago. It has a pouch on one leg, and a green band on the
other. Two days ago a 2nd pigeon showed up, with a red band on one leg and
a black one on the other. So far no numbers or letters have been seen.

There must be a club or organization in Wash. state that might know about
these birds, but I have not been able to find one. Thanks. Meredith
