The adult Lesser Sand-Plover was seen by a large group of birders this morning between 7am and 8am at Boundary Bay, Delta BC. This accidental plover was seen just east of the foot of 104 st., which is where it has been seen for the last 3 days. There are thousands of Western Sandpipers, and numerous other shorebird species present at this location, so careful scoping may be required to spot this plover. Mike Tabak Vancouver BC
