Hello,
No, you may not place your tube feeders out as the tray and tube feeding
committee has not met yet and will not do so until 3 Aug. at which time all
of us will be notified if conditions are right to place our feeders in our
yards. These experts know when is best and it is for our good and the
welfare of the wild birds.
