Hi Tweets,

Some family members and I took a boat-in camping trip to Hope Island last
weekend and did some birding-by-boat around north Whidbey Island and
Deception Pass. Highlights of the trip included more eagles than I can
count and nesting Pelagic Cormorants. Hope Island itself was alive with
eagles, herons, kingfishers, and tons of fledgling chickadees and
nuthatches. I posted a new field trip on my web site based on the trip. It
can be found on my Field Trip page here:

I am experimenting with a new format for the field trips in an attempt to
make them more accessible for a wider variety of web browsers. Currently
most of the pages on my site seem to get a bit "off" when viewed in anything
other than Internet Explorer. Anyway, feedback on the new format is welcome
and greatly appreciated!
