Hi Tweets,

I have been visiting the Edmonds marsh regularly for the past several
months, and I nearly always run into an adult male Anna's Hummingbird on the
walkway along the northern edge of the marsh. He is always either a little
out of range of my lens or sitting in the absolute worst position he can
find for lighting, so I haven't taken a single decent photo of him.
Yesterday, I visited his favorite bush to find an immature male hanging
out.likely one of the offspring of the adult male that I have seen so often.
Anyway, the youngster was a little more cooperative with his choice of
perches and I managed to get a close-up or two of him. The photos can be
found in the new "Hummingbirds I" gallery here:

This new gallery is formatted a bit differently than past galleries. As
with my field trips, I am trying to make the galleries more user friendly
for a wider variety of browsers. Any feedback you have on the photos or the
format is greatly appreciated!
