Yesterday, my wife and I encountered two uncommon birds for Snohomish
County. We found a pair of Horned Larks along the access road to Big Ditch
WLA north of Stanwood, and a single Yellow-Headed Blackbird in with a flock
of Red-Wings along Eide Road in the Smith Farm WLA just west of Stanwood.
