It is time for the summer report. Please, please, please send in your unusual summer (1 June through 31 July) bird sightings to Tom Aversa (for WOSNews) and me (for North American Birds) at Fieldnotes at wos.org or individually at tom.aversa at zoo.org?and SGMlod at aol.com.

With the ever growing proliferation of local listserves for counties or regions within the state, it is increasingly difficult for us to catch everything. So I summary of highlights directly to us would be most appreciated.

Ideally, such reports would be send in by 15 August.
