Haven't seen any posts concerning the martins on pilings just south of
Shilshole Marina. Eight of the 17 gourds and nest boxes have youngsters
peering out, and adults seem to be feeding young at four additional nests.
During low tides, you can walk out close to the pilings.

Access to this little public beach is along the south edge of the "Beach
Club" parking lot a few doors north of Ray's Boat House and Anthony's
restaurant on Seaview Avenue.
