Hello All,
We just recieved a phone call from Doug Schonewald who was calling on behalf
of Steve Mlodenow who has just found an American Golden Plover at the Iowa
Beef / Tyson ponds. This is our second June record of this species in Walla
Walla County. This is a very good species to locate this time of year in
southeastern Washington. Also just a reminder that fall shorebird migration
begins on or about 25 June here in the Columbia Basin. Thank-you Doug and
Steve!!
