Caren Park joined my wife, Tina Blade, and me for a half day of
birding at Stillwater starting at 9 am. I was able to get a few
decent shots of the AMERICAN REDSTART, a LORQUIN'S ADMIRAL BUTTERFLY,
SWAINSON'S THRUSH, and a series of CEDAR WAXWINGS waxing romantic.
Caren and I then headed to Marymoor to seek out the Lazuli Bunting,
but came up with only some shots of a COMMON YELLOWTHROAT. See:

It was great fun to see so many other birders at Stillwater. We three
agreed that the bridge at Harrison Creek would be a great spot to
settle down for a morning with a couple of lawn chairs, some
lemonades, and our cameras and binoculars, and just watch the show.
