Hello Tweets,

a paper was recently published by Cynthia Faux and
Kevin Padian in Paleobiology regarding the classic
head-back death pose of Archaeopteryx, other dinosaurs
and even some early mammals. In this paper, they
propose a hypothesis to explain this posture; a slow
and aginizing death resulting from damage to the
cerebellum or to asphyxiation. I got a copy of the PDF
from Kevin Padian yesterday and wrote a summary about
