Hi David, Tweets:
I read something in an on-line publication about testing of squirrels (in
Washington and a few other states) for West Nile virus, so that might be a
possibility. I have no idea what the symptoms would be in a squirrel. What
you describe sounds more like possible ingestion of a poison to me.
