I'm pretty sure my husband Marc Hoffman and I saw an Eastern Kingbird in
Marymoor Park this evening at around 7:30.

It was very impressive looking... quite a bit larger than a robin, a sort of
pointy flycatcher-like head, very dark slate grey above-a dark, Sunday-go-to
meetin' sort of grey- and a very white breast, like a nice white, starched
shirt. He also had a distinct white band on the end of his dark tail. If you
think this might be other than an Eastern Kingbird, could you let me know
and venture a guess as to what else it might be?

In case you're interested in looking for him, we saw him just after we had
come out of the on-leash area that runs along the slough. We were at the
spot in the path where there's a fork that heads in an easterly direction,
to the right as you're facing north and toward the fields (as opposed to the
path that continues along the water to the area where all the dogs go
swimming). He was perched near the elderberry bushes there.

Has anyone else has seen him around?
