Subject: [Tweeters] Western Grebe nesting occurrences in Washington State
Date: Jun 20 11:53:48 2007
From: Dave Nysewander - NYSEWDRN at DFW.WA.GOV
We are currently producing a status report on Western Grebes in Washington State. WE have good information on wintering occurrences in western Washington. We could use better information about wintering numbers and locations in eastern Washington. But we are especially interested in hearing from anyone who can contribute observations about present nesting occurrences, numbers, or locations in Washington State. I would include Clark's Grebes in this request. We have some of these locations in our Heritage database, but we suspect that there are other undocumented locations, especially in eastern Washington, that need to be included.
Please send whatever information you have to the following e-mail (nysewdrn at dfw.wa.gov).
