Hello All,
Yesterday evening we joined friends and guest birders from Maryland and went
up into the middle elevations of the Blue Mountains east of Walla Walla.
Birds of note were.

Brewers Sparrow-1 singing-new location in county.
Green-tailed Towhee-2 birds singing-seen and photographed.

Dusky Grouse-3 birds, adult female and two chicks-this is only the second
time in twenty plus years of birding Walla Walla County that we have seen
this species.

Lazuli Bunting-3 birds
Fox Sparrow-2 birds
Swainsons Thrush-3+ birds

Saw and heard more, but these were the best sightings.
Later Mike
