This is just my current opinion, subject to change.

This country is getting way too populated to have large swaths of land locked up as private property. There should be layers of ownwership such as: farming rights, timber rights, hunting rights, fiishing rights, birding and nature viewing rights, et al. That's the way it's done in Germany -sort of.
