Black Brant 2, Harlequin Duck 4, Surf Scoter 8, White-winged Scoter 4,
Long-tailed Duck 2, Common Goldeneye 1, Red-breasted Merganser 6, Pacific
Loon 1, Common Loon 5, Horned Grebe 2, Brandt's Cormorant 3, Double-crested
Cormorant 7, Pelagic Cormorant 5, Killdeer 2, Sanderling 3, Mew Gull 6,
Glaucous-winged Gull Hybrid 17, Glaucous-winged Gull 5, Common Murre 3,
Pigeon Guillemot 8, Marbled Murrelet 17, Rhinoceros Auklet 16 and Song
Sparrow 1.



The past week the Rhinoceros Auklet numbers are up quit a bit and they are
in breeding plumage. The Brandt's and Pelagic cormorants are starting to
show breeding plumage. The Pigeon Guillemots are about 50% in breeding
plumage. The Common Murre numbers are way down from a high of 200+ to 3
today where have they gone?



Quimper Peninsula, Bald Eagle 1, Raven 1, American Crow 8, Band-tailed
Pigeon 4, Morning Dove 2, Steller's Jay 2, Chestnut-backed Chickadee 1,
American Robin 26, Varied Thrush 8, Spotted Towhee 2 and Dark-eyed Junco 21.
