For all you American Dipper fans, I have seen one or (most of the time) two dippers every day for over a week. I usually visit the park around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I have also seen them early in the morning and at dusk. They are easy to find as they frolic about on the rocks by the foot bridge. if they are not right there look as far down stream as the log jam I have also seem them foraging there. ( sometimes they are foraging at the North end of the pond too)
other recent sightings at WSCP include a large mixed flock of goldfinch and pine siskins, feeding on alder west of the pond. Bald Eagle, Sunday a juvenile Monday an adult.
on a good day Hutton's Vireo can be seen (or at least heard).
Chickadees and woodpeckers are working on nest cavities.

Wallace Swamp Creek Park is one mile North of Bothell way on 73rd Ave NE. When you turn off of Bothell Way take a look at the Herons at Kenmore Park-n-ride.
