Kyle, it's actually the second exit:

The second exit southbound on I-5, five miles south of the border,
is #270, Birch Bay-Lynden Road. Turn left, or east, at the stop sign and
proceed east a couple of miles to Stein Road, then north a little over a
mile to a large commercial berry field on your right. Park at the south
edge of the field and walk in toward the east for a block or so and look up
in the trees to your right, or on the south border of the field. The owl
sometimes moves to the eastern side of this woodlot and can then be more
easily seen from Delta Line Road, which parallels Stein 1/2 miles east and
can be reached by backtracking on Stein to the first east-west road, Loomis
Trail.
