From: J. Acker - owler at sounddsl.com
This Thursday evening, from 7-9 PM, I will be giving a presentation at
Islandwood (Bainbridge Island) on the "Owls of Bainbridge". I will be
discussing owl physiology, the six species of owls most commonly seen on
Bainbridge, and the results of over ten years of owling on the Island. I
will also discuss my work with Barred Owls using telemetry data, and my
participation in Project Owlnet, the Northern Saw-whet Owl banding program.
The presentation is free and open to the public. Reservations can be made
