This is a reminder that REI and Herons Forever will be doing our
Service/Work Project in a couple weeks. Join us on Saturday, March
24th in an effort to remove invasive plants and restore the area near
the tri-county's largest heron colony. The project will run from
9:00am-3:00pm and is located in Renton. To register, please email Tami
Asars, the Outreach Specialist for the Southcenter REI store at
tasars at rei.com. Please wear work gloves, long pants, boots or sturdy
shoes. Please bring plenty of water, a sack lunch, and a shovel or
mattock (if you have one). See you there!
